Buying agent · China · Korea · Vietnam
We find manufacturers, verify them before the first order is placed, and stay with the order until the goods are in the warehouse. Our client makes the buying decision — our job is to make sure it rests on facts rather than on a catalogue photo.
Who we expect here
We work on both sides of the table. On one side are buyers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland; on the other, factories in China, Korea and Vietnam. Take the path that belongs to you.
You have a product idea, a drawing or a sample — and you need a manufacturer who delivers it reliably and at consistent quality. We handle the search, the verification and the follow-through.

Information for manufacturersHow we work
The expensive mistake in importing is not made at shipping. It is made at selection — and you only notice it once the container arrives. That is why most of our effort sits at the front.
China, Korea and Vietnam are not handled by email from Germany. They are handled in the local time zone and the local language — Korea directly by us, backed by a degree and working years in Seoul. That decides whether a factory replies at all, and how honestly.
A large share of suppliers presenting themselves as manufacturers are trading companies. That is not automatically bad, but it changes price, control over production and response time. We establish which is which before you build a calculation on it.
No order without an approved sample in hand. Whatever the sample shows goes back to the factory in writing, and it is confirmed before mass production starts.
Services
Take all of it or single parts. If you already have a manufacturer and only need quality control, that is exactly what you get.
We build a shortlist of suitable factories for your product, collect comparable quotations and put them side by side — with price breaks, minimum order quantity, lead time and what we noticed along the way.

No step gets skipped because something is urgent. What goes wrong at the end was almost always cut short at the beginning.
A short call is enough to judge whether we are the right partner and what is realistic. If we are not, we will say so.
